We offer a range of topics as webinars or seminars. You can choose the topics from our calendar events, or choose from our other potential topics.

• an extension of a topic
• awareness raising across your organisation
• other areas to consider the need for Easy English.

Note: These are not a summary of the 2-day or 3-day Easy English course. View our private course options.

If it is not right for you, we will make it right for you. Access Easy English has been running private 30 - 40 minute, 1 hour - 3 hour webinars and seminars for decades.

A wide range of groups and organisations, including government department staff, community members, and people with low literacy, have completed this course with us. We have run them across Australia and for international participants.

Who is on the Access Easy English team?

Cathy Basterfield is the founder of Access Easy English. She is a trained speech pathologist, with more than 35 years’ experience. Know more about your trainer.

Cathy is supported by a highly skilled team of Easy English writers. Each brings unique perspectives to Easy English development. Yet all can create replicable Easy English content, using our extensive Easy English checklist that guides all development.

Who is my trainer?

Often it is Cathy Basterfield, but, depending on the topic it may be one of our other team members.

For example:

You choose the webinar for Comms and Marketing staff. One of our team has a Comms and Marketing background. They are likely to run that webinar.

We will work with you to ensure our trainer is the best fit for your webinar topic and your staff.

When and where will it be delivered?

Request your own dates. We offer either webinars or face to face seminars.

How many people can attend?

You can have as few staff as you wish. It is recommended no more than 25 staff attend any 1 of these events.

How long would they take?

Webinar: It varies.

For example: For Board or senior management or introduction for a Strategy Day 30 – 40 minutes.

Duration can be customised from 1 - 3 hours.

Choose one or more for a series.

You can choose multiple topics to create a half day (3.5 hours) or full day (7 hours).

How much is the cost?

It depends on individual requirements.
