Access Easy English – Team Leader Specialist Content Writer

We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our internationally and nationally recognised small business creating high-quality evidence based Easy English documents in the Australian and international context.

With our senior specialist content writer retiring, this role offers a unique chance to join the team as it continues to grow and evolve. You will work closely with the owner and other team members to create quality Easy English documents. We’re looking for someone to lead our team of writers. You come with

·       practical and professional writing skills

·       a breadth of general knowledge you can apply to the many topics we develop

·       strong skills communicating with people with different communication skills

·       confidence in planning and facilitating training

·       strong day-to-day management skills.

 

Completion of our 2-day Easy English training will be highly regarded.

Our customers include a wide range of organisations in the disability sector as well as State and Federal Governments, government agencies, Local Councils, community agencies, universities and corporate clients. We work with big and small organisations in different states, national organisations and internationally.

 

Location. The Head Office is in Melbourne. However, you will work remotely from any Australian location. We have active engagement across the team. You are supported by our part time admin and IT support staff.

 

Hours of Work. Part-time. 20 to 30 hours per week.  Negotiable.

Minimum is 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Working days and hours are flexible.

 

Starting date. Immediate.
