Access Easy English is a leader in the development of documents that distil complex information into a text and graphical format that more people can comprehend. It is an exciting time to join the team as it grows and develops. You will work closely with the owner to create quality Easy English documents. Our customers include a wide range of organisations in the disability sector as well as State and Federal Governments, government agencies, Local Councils, community agencies and universities.

Location. The main office is in Melbourne. However, most staff work remotely from regional or interstate locations. We have active engagement across the team.

Hours of Work. Full time or Permanent part time, 20 or 25 hours/week. Working hours flexible.

Potential growth to full time role.

Administration Assisant

Opportunities exists to work with an internationally and nationally recognised small business creating quality Easy English documents in the Australian context.

We are an internationally recognised small business that continues to grow. You will be supporting a team of specialist content writers in their project development, training and other aspects of their work. These staff currently work in Melbourne, rural Victoria and outer Sydney in work from home roles. Your work tasks include data entry, photocopying training materials, updating websites, social media and other tasks required in a small business environment.

Location. You do need to be able to work from the office in Mentone up to 1 day a fortnight (1/2 a day a week). You can choose to do all your hours face to face or work from home for some of the week. We have a supportive team environment where u can work in a way that works best for you. People with disability are encouraged to apply. Mature aged people are encouraged to apply. Immediate start.
